Shop checkout is done through the Folksy platform, and you can purchase securely with credit card, debit card, or by PayPal. 

I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase and buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If you need to amend or cancel your order please contact me within 24 hours as I do try to dispatch orders the next business working day. 

You can send direct to the recipient and all orders are carefully packaged in eco-friendly recycled boxes and envelopes to help reduce waste and protect the environment. 

Orders are presented in unbleached, recyclable tissue paper and paper tape is used to seal your parcel. Occasionally you may see some slight wear and tear to your packaging but I am sure you will understand this in no way affects the quality of your carefully wrapped handmade items inside.

I ship to UK (ex. NI), and Worldwide (except for EU & EEA). USA postage includes tariff prices and packages will be sent PDDP.
